We have been satisfied customers of Julie’s Frame Gallery for years. But this year they went so far above and beyond I needed to say something. On Jan 2nd, a couple large pieces of artwork fell off our wall in the middle of the night (command hook failure). Julie’s Frame fixed and repaired the frames perfectly and it took just a couple weeks. THEN, a week after getting them back on the wall the command hooks failed again!! This time it happened two days before a large dinner party. I sheepishly went back to Julie’s with the broken frames and asked if they could fix them again and have it done in less than two days. To my amazement they said they could(!?). I practically burst into tears of joy. It was literally 1/2" strips taped together at the ends. Very tacky looking. We have had other pictures framed here in the past and they used real matting for each mat. Not this time. Never again, especially at the high prices...
