Revision: Under new management and I must say once I was connected with the right person I was very pleased, Mr. Mike swiftly corrected my issues. If you have any trouble contact him at the Gonzales store, he will take good care of you. The delivery drivers Sam and Emmanuel were very pleasant and professional. They fixed my bed in less than 10 munutes and I'm appreciative for the assistance. When I purchase new furniture, I will drive from Baker to Gonzales to receive professional customer service.
I've been going back and forth with Ms. Mary for over a year. All she has done was told one lie after another. I purchased over 10 grand of funiture from her and it started out well. Once the delivery guys set up the bed and left, I tried to put the mattress I purchased with the bed on the bed but it did not fit. I tried 3 other mattresses they didn't fit either. I contacted Ms. Mary and informed her of this and she said she would send the delivery driver back out to look at it, he came out a week later and said thats how it was supposed to be but I knew different. Week 2, I decided to go to the store and look at the model on the floor, even though it was a different size the mattress fit properly. Again, I explained to her the problem I had with my bed, she stated "oh well, I don't know," at that point I was flabbergasted. I have been contacting her constantly trying to reach the owner since she stated she couldnt do anything. I called again and asked for the owner she informed me that he would be in by 5:30. I left work early to meet with him. I arrived at the storeand asked for him and she informed me that he wasn't there. At that time I informed her of what she had told me over the phone and she act as if she was surprised. She told me that I would just have to file a claim with the warranty people. I then went to do that but its all electronic so I followed the instructions. I kept checking back with them over and over. Finally, several months later they send me an email stating that they denied the claim because it was a manufacturer defect. By this time I'm livid. I went to the store and told her what happened and she stated she would send the driver back out to look at it AGAIN. He came took pictures supposedly sent them to the owner while on the phone with him. He said he would get back with me. Couple of weeks passed and yet no one reached out to me so I called back. Now, I talked to Mary again only to be informed that there was nothing she could do so I asked for the owners number and she stated he was in Jordan and couldnt be reached. Now I'm furious so I have my fiancƩ call, she proceeds to tell him that "she's tired of dealing with it and gives him the number to the store in Gonzales, where they say he's out but should be back in a couple of hours. This lady has been nothing but unprofessional and nonchalant. This is the shortened version. I would not recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn July 30, 2024 I went to Frunature Gallery in Baker La. to purchase a tv stand. The sales lady Ms. Mary assisted me with the purchase. After the initial paperwork was completed Ms. Mary informed me that the delevery date would be three days after my purchase. I wanted the tv on the date of purchase so contacted a relative and we transported the tv stand to my home. Prior to leaving the store, Ms. Mary advised that the added delivery fee would be refunded back to my credit card the following day (July 31st). The funds was never returned I re-contacted Ms. Mary several times through out a two week period and she informed me that the owner called the card company and replaced the funds. After several days and several calls and a visit I never recieved my money back. I had to dispute the transaction through my card company. It is not good buisness to take some ones money and not give it back. I thought this was a good company but I was wrong. I will not be shopping at this store in the future. My advice to other customers is make sure the right amount is charged before you leave the store. No one seems to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased a queen bed yesterday at 2:30 for $900 November 25, 2017 after talking to my wife we decided to get something cheaper I called the store an hour later and spoke to Ty Bailey who was my salesperson and asked to cancel the order she said that all sales were final and that even if I cancelled the order $200 will not be returned to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that no manager is in and won't be in until Monday after asking what was the managers name she did not give me his name and had an unprofessional sarcastic tone which was not the way she acted when I was purchasing the furniture. I am a business owner and when you get good customer service you tend to spend your money where you feel comfortable and you now that the business is trustworthy, anyone planning on buying furniture please spend your hard earned money...
