Really bad experience at this place! I was driving from Vegas to California and the light of the tire pressure came on, so I decide to stop a Pancho’s Tire Shop and a lady came outside the door and speak to me so rude, asking me if I going to pay and I said:of course. She told me that the persons don’t want to pay or want the job being done for free; that’s what I understood! She called somebody else, and this person send me to the next tire shop by the gas station. So, don’t stop at this place, call instead!

These guys are heros! I was 200 miles into a 850 mile trip from Disneyland to Idaho when I hit something on the highway and blew out a tire, on memorial day. They showed up 30 minutes after calling them and replaced the tire quickly and got me back on the road. If I could give these guys 100 stars I would!

These guys are heros! I was 200 miles into a 850 mile trip from Disneyland to Idaho when I hit something on the highway and blew out a tire, on memorial day. I got stuck in the middle of nowhere and the other tow truck places I called gave me really expensive quotes and were very rude. One even hung up in my face because I decided not to use his company because it was too high. Oscar came out to me in a timely manner and got me to his tire shop. I was honestly short on money and he literally HELPED ME OUT. He gave me a discount on the tire because I had to pay for the tire and a tow so it was coming up to over $600 for the other companies but I was able to pay under $400 out the door with Oscar and Alonso. They had GREAT ATTITUDES and really got me out of a bad situation. I would still be sitting on the side of the road if it weren't for them. CALL THIS PLACE BEFORE U CALL ANY OTHER PLACE. You won't regret it 😁. Thanks...

Outstanding service provided by Pancho and his coworker in a very unfortunate and stressful situation. We were on the I-15 when an 18 wheelers tire blew. I immediately pulled over to the medium to avoid any damage to my vehicle. I hit a rock which sliced my tire and rim. We were in the middle of nowhere. Our insurance company contacted a tow service who never showed up. Pancho was very professional and came to our rescue in about 45 minutes. He even brought us water which was unexpected, but a nice gesture since we had been waiting for the other company to show up for 2 1/2 hours. We got a blowout on our RV off the 15 about 25 mins from Baker. We had two blown tires. I called around and one roadside assistance gave me a quote of $1200. I laughed/ I got on line and found Pancho’s Mobile Tire Shop. I was already disconnected from the RV so I drove to get my tires replaced. Poncho and his assistant were so very courteous and so professional, and so very kind. They checked the tires on my truck as well to make sure we were going to be ok.
