really hope someone important sees this because my experience with this place is very bittersweet...
ive been stopping by with my bf and a group of our friends for drinks and buns every week over the last few months on our way to vegas (we used to happily spend a ton each trip for some goodies to take home) but im honestly a quite disappointed lately.
the atmosphere is fine for what you'd expect i guess but the ac is terrible either because its broken, weak, or just turned off lol. not to mention its sad things randomly dont work (cant blame the employees for any of that though because they claim higher ups already know).
drinks and buns are excruciatingly inconsistent to the point most of us dont even want anything from here anymore except a quick bathroom break unless we get a peak at whoever is serving us. no offense but the only people we've been served by who act like they really know about customer service are the helen/haley girl, jay(?), and the chick with the cool z name who always wears the facemasks (which is comforting since my bf has aesthma & is very careful about covid after his mom passed away from it). i think the z girl is especially pleasant and no joke looks like a machine bouncing around between the cinnabon and making coffee when the place is busy while STILL being friendly if we make small talk! 1 ofmy friend is not a fan of the manager though because he seemed pretty uninterested in anything she had to say one time she had an issue. hopefully it was just a bad day or he was new.
to any customers who visit here: be cautiously optimistic depending on who is serving you!!!!!! The stars I gave are only as high as they are because of the ones i mentioned above carrying the place.
1 piece of real talk/advice for the good workers who see this: ask for a RAISE or look for a better job because my bf and i both agreed yall probably don't get paid enough considering the ac, management, and everything else that seems run down or doesn't work probably attracts a ton of wrongfully directed criticism from customers.

Read moreThe customer service was horrible to say the least. When I am nice and say hello and the girl that’s working the counter doesn’t even say hi or smile and looks at me stone faced. I’m thinking she doesn’t like her job and maybe should be told or trained how to welcome patrons. I made a sarcastic remark about usually people smile when they greet customers lol. After she did my order she went back to the girl plus another girl and said what I said then also added that I wish I could have told her what I thought. Oh I forgot to add I waited for her and another employee chit chat while I waited. I must’ve interrupted their convo and that’s why she was so rude. Read moreThe barista here need to find another job. They have no effort to make your drink. They’re not happy with their jobs even if the customers are nice to them. All I wanted is an English Breakfast Latte and they always say we don’t have it. So I ask for any tea with milk. They say we don’t have it. Then I finally ask someone else, she made it but it was so subpar. I watched her do it. Any 10 year old can do what she did. All she did was brew a tea, put milk and ice. That’s it! Please get more better, happy, love their job, baristas there. This is the sorriest coffee bean franchise I’ve been in. Their ratings cannot even be 1 but that’s the only option I have.
