Dulceria Alebrijes — Local services in Bakersfield

I love this place but today we went cause my son wanted some mexican candy it was 7:45PM when we were parking than a lady from the store peaked outside seen us parking and started to chain up the doors we took an xtra minute to take my son of his car seat so we had no idea she had chained up the door and changed the sign to CLOSED within that minute, i know they close at 8:00pm but still had 15 minutes we were just gonna get some paletas real quick, when we got to the door an ask her to let us in n she was just doing gestures...

Terrible experience , employees ignoring customers when try to ask any questions, especially female employees it looks like they are tired and don't like to deal with customers, this is not the first time this happened to me, so I don't think I will give them another chance to do it, there are other places were they appreciate...

I was in line to pay at the register for 20 minutes, two ladies at the register wanted to pick up pinata, so the register operator instead of getting somebody to walk with those ladies to pick up pinata she left the register and went to help them while we waited like dummies, I will not return...
