My daughter and I had a wonderful experience there. Walking was very clean and welcoming. But the most awesome thing we experienced there was a lady named Brittany. She is FREAKING AWSOME! she walked through the store with us and had answers to every question. Usually, when I go to a furniture store you can't even find anyone. And then when you do, they greet you and walk away,then when you have questions, no one is to be found. I was having g a horrible day that day, but she made me feel calm. I was happy shopping there and wish there were more people in the world like Mrs Brittany. I would have given 5 stars, but the wait time for one of the items was a week. We were looking for a twin bed for our granddaughter, found one at a good price with a mattress and boxspring. Seemed to be good quality. There was there was a small piece of the wood veneer that was off but not enough to take back to the store and a little wood glue fixed that. My biggest problem is that we thought we were purchasing a new mattress and when I was removing the plastic that was on the mattress I saw a sticker that said it was a sanitized refurbished mattress. I wish the gentleman that sold it to us had disclosed this. I feel like this was a lie by omission and not a good business practice. So...

We were surprised at how big this place was, we had something in mind when we walked in and had the best customer service by a sales person named Brittney. She helped us, worked with us and we walked out of there with 3 beautiful pieces of furniture, exactly what we were looking for with very nice deals. They added delivery for a minimal charge and even delivered the same day on a weekend! Yeah those guys got a tip!!
