After searching for someone to custom make our church gowns for the holy communion ceremony we finally by accident found Yanes boutique. Thank God we did. We walked in and the place is beautiful. We were greeted very politely and quickly. We asked if they can meet our needs and they said, “yes! We can do that for you!” We were so excited! We showed them a sample and without hesitation they started to help. We have 19 children to fit and start making robes for. Nixon and Maria were able to go to our church and personally take all the children’s measurements. It was such a relief to be able to have customer service like that. Throughout our 2 months of back and forth communication Nixon was always professional and courteous with us. He never said the word “No” to us. He met our expectations and more. He delivered personally when the robes were complete and he replaced what didn’t fit properly. It was such a relief to be able to deal with such an accommodating service. As a shorty, 5’0, I highly recommend. I had a very expensive shirt suit altered and at first I was nervous because I had bad experiences OTHER places. The shirt didn’t need just a hem but it needed to be completely reshaped and the result was perfect! And it was done within a few days! Amazing.
