I should have read the review before I went there.
It's a simple process, upgrading a phone, and I thought any Verizon store could do it, but apparently not these guys. Ordered the phone, got the one I wanted, Verizon says it came in two days later. I didn't hear from these guys so I called. Got an answering machine, so I left name and number and asked them to call me. The next day, after no return call, I called again. The first call went through only to be HUNG UP ON. Called back, got the answering machine again. My message this time was still courteous, but definitely not friendly. No return call from that one either.
I don't know how they can run a business that way. I was not a 'problem customer' and the transaction went perfectly well on my initial visit. They are the ones who hung up on a customer and would not return their calls. For a company that sells phones, of all things, that is an incredibly stupid...

Didn’t really need new phones but was told would get 750 for them. I walked away first time and figured i would think about it. Went back a few days later because i decided to upgrade. Was told again 750$ for sure not a penny less. Well after months and months of calling and going to the store i got 549 for one and 349 for the other. The person that told us we would get that quit shortly there after. So was dealing with manager and was told the 750$ was o it for new customers. Well we wasn’t told that. After dealing with him and him “looking into it “ he quit also. Just all complete BS. This has been going on since March. It’s not end of June.

Read moreI came in to investigate our families account and see if there was new options available for my grandmothers concern. I spoke and worked with Cody who was incredibly patient. He informed me that we were on an old account setup and gave me all the information to relay to her over the phone. I then called her and provided all the info of what we had, she had more questions and Cody did everything but take the phone and speak to her himself in answering her concerns. In the end she went from wanting to change our provider to paying off 2 phones, swapping us to an unlimited plan, decreasing our bill and upgrading our third phone to an s23+ with several accessories.
