I stopped in today and was greeted as soon as I walked inside and felt very comfortable to be there. The owner helped me pick out the perfect dress for my big day tomorrow and I am forever grateful to her. Ordered a dress from this boutique and the dress had a hole under the zipper, and a hook missing above the zipper. When I picked the dress up the employee didn't say much, but that was ok. It wasn't until I got home and noticed the defects in the dress. The dress was also a sale item so I'm not sure if it had been returned or used. HORRIBLE customer service, I was talked down to and got nothing but attitude when asked why I didn’t get refunded my whole price. I DONT recommend buying from here, and I’m not one to leave a review but that was uncalled for!
