Dollar General — Local services in Ball

I just want to let who ever is in charge of store #2987 Dollar General in Ball, LA

Today is the 2nd time this week that I have shopped and stood in line waiting for someone to come check me out in the front. There was a guy at the register waiting before I got there. When I hollered for a cashier to hear me no one came.....the 2nd time I hollered the store manager who was in the office the entire time came out to say that the cashier was on the floor that she would go find her. First off she was rude to myself and made faces the entire time. She never offered to check any of us out and she never apologized for the wait or tried to handle the situation! What STORE MANAGER ignores customers? Then the guy in front of me proceeds to tell me this lady is rude all the time. That's not what a store manager is trained to do. I am a manager who has been in that role for 10 years now and never would I ignore anyone who is wanting to spend money in my business. If this store has a theft problem that is the reason., there's never someone is the front watching the front. I'm frustrated this happens alot at this store and it needs to be...

This used to be about the only Dollar store that I would stop at. A couple of weeks ago I bought a gallon of milk from there that wasn't any good. Went back with my receipt in hand and had to actually argue with them to get an exchange. The manager, blonde girl glasses and tattoos was very rude. I was going to buy some other stuff while I was there but when I went and got my new gallon of milk and started walking to set it at the register she told me I could take my milk and leave. I will not stop at this...

Good experience, though a little cluttered with merchandise and employees stocking the shelves. A nice visit, though we had a minor issue at the register that was resolved quickly.

Only issue on my end for this visit was that the DG app said an item I was searching for (out of stock in majority of other stores) was in stock at this location. It wasn't. Upon going back, it was probably an app error. 🤷‍♀️

Definitely recommend this location for great service and...
