Crown Trophy — Local services in Ballwin

We host an annual company event for roughly 200 employees. Last year I reached out to several companies in regards to making some sort of belt buckle awards for our "Wild West Showdown". I was ingorned or turned away by most of them. Wendy and Ben @ Crown were so eager and willing to help. They went totally outside of their norm and created us the perfect award. They worked with another company on the pieces they didn't have. Everything was done correctly and with time to spare. We even realized our company had made some typos and they made last minute changes for us with no hesitation.

I took my fantasy football trophy in for some simple updated name plates, I wanted 1 engraved and 26 blank plates put on the trophy. They did not seem very interested in serving my need, I got the feeling I was bothering them. When I picked up the trophy they had not put on the 26 blanks but had done the 1 engraved, but they put that on the one side of the trophy I did not want any plates, they told me they were not sure exactly what I wanted???? They had my phone number and e-mail address, I don't think they are interested in serving you unless you are buying a trophy from them. I do not recommend, not a very good way to...
