My family and I received many dish gardens from several florist due to my mother passing away. 2 of the dish gardens from Baltimore Blossoms we're dying. My first call to them was on November the 23rd. After calling several days and although the employees were very nice, I was being told different things. The last person took my number and said he would have the owner to return my call. After I didn't get a call, I decided to take the plants back to them today, 12/2. The owner said that the plant was either left outside or exposed to heat. Which is not true. I showed her pictures of some of the others, beautifully blooming.She told me that she has been in the business for 35 years and as she crumbled the dead leaves with her fingers, appearing disgusted, she said she knows that's what happened.She said when It was sent to the funeral home it didn't look like this. I know the gift of a dish garden is to have an assortment of plants to nurture for time to come. It's not meant to die shortly after it's gifted as flowers do. She stated that she did not have any dish gardens to replace them with and that she would contact me when some came in. She did state that she was taking a lost???? I asked for a receipt or something that says I dropped them off. Her response was she didn't have anything and that I can get an email. I stated for her to just write it on a piece of paper. She would not. I really don't believe I will get the replaced.She never asked for my address so that they could be delivered. I also let her know that the name for the acknowledgment n was repeated on the cards. Wish me luck!!

   Read moreWarning! This floral shop seems to have very good reviews which puzzles me. My experience with them was horrific. We selected this business to deliver a floral arrangement to the church for my âs Memorial service. They assured us that the arrangement would be there before the start of the service. That was a lie. In fact, people had started arriving to the church, and it still was not there. I called the company. You can imagine how upsetting this was not only did. They provide unprofessional uncaring service but they did not deliver what we paid for. I called and called them the day of the service and all they could tell me was that it was out For delivery. They left you on hold. They were very rude. What I think companies failed to realize is that people want what they pay for. Could anybody imagine going through this wanting things to be nice for your sisterâs funeral and dealing with a company that is subpar. The flower was delivered to the wrong address. Someone walked the floral arrangement up to the church after the service had started. It was not what we ordered, and it did not have the Beloved daughter sash that we paid for. To make matters worse, we found a dispute with the company and sent pictures of what they delivered against what was advertised on the website and they still would not return our money. Itâs two months later and we are still trying to get our money back. Thatâs the least that they could do not only did they not deliver on time, but they delivered the wrong item and also did not have the sash. I would not recommend this company for anything. What is my problem, when we called around 1:30pm, we been promised that flowers arrive before 5pm. At 4:45pm I got call, that delivery stuck in traffic, but it will be in about 20 minutes. No flowers arrive in 20 minutes, nothing even in 40 minutes. Delivery was complete AFTER 6PM. Some lady run in to my parents house, start mumbling something that no one understand what she even try to say. Yes, flowers are beautiful, but wrong. First what we received, and on second what it should be. One star, for late delivery, and sending wrong flowers
Promises me exact same flowers will not fix the issue. The biggest issue wast that delivery was AFTER 6PM!!! Even, I was promise flowers will be delivered before 5pm. Do you see difference between After and Before? Honestly I do, and cant understand why no one was able to contact me and explain me situation? I can understand speech disorder, I can understand when someone calling me and keeping me posted what is happening. I can't understand when I talk with owner on the phone and mention that I try to call around 5pm try to find out what is going on, and no one answer phone.
