Baltimore City Community College — Attraction in Baltimore

Only reason that I am giving this place a few stars is I had to get in contact with the school president and the person in charge of financial aid to correct my account, because the staff that work in financial aid and accounting are sorry they do not do any work at all they messed up my account did not apply my money correctly and when you ask for the school president or the financial aid president they try to give you someone else instead because they don’t want to be reported, after months of trying to get the president of the school and financial aid I finally got a in contact. I must say that I am very pleased in how they handled my situation and account and straightened things out. This school needs more staff like the president of this school and President of financial working in account and financial aid. The staff in financial aid accounting are lazy and have a lack of knowledge gossip about non-sense while working on the clock . I know more personal situations about this school that I am not suppose to know due to employees that work here . Now that I have these two people of importance I will stay at the school because I have almost transferred from out of this school I will keep you guys updated each semester and when I graduate 👩‍🎓 also you do have great teachers at this school and 2 people that will help you in financial aid that is J.Carrlton and a short older lady who office is on the left soon as you walk in to financial aid , stay away from the two ladies who offices that are on the right try to avoid...

So today I called just trying to get information about the nursing program very polite very respectful and the women that are running it are so disrespectful one gets on the phone for whatever reason being snappy and I’m totally confused as to why she was being rude to me and what I did wrong then she hears my son in the background mind you that is two years old and I was on mute she did not hear him until I took him off of mute then I told her I couldn’t hear what she was saying because the call was already messing up since the operator transferred me to her on there end so she hears my son once I take it off of mute and says I can hear you son but ok it’s my end messing up so I’m totally taken back by that and so I say the only reason you heard him was because I took my phone off of mute my apologies. So then she must have gotten offended and tired of me talking every 2 minutes and she passes the phone to a lady she had listening the whole time and then she is older I can hear and she proceeds to say do you even know what program you are trying to complete and now she is getting smart all because I asked one question about prerequisite classes because I couldn’t hear because their phones were breaking up to treat someone like that is beyond disgusting then you pass a phone because you didn’t like what I had to say and because I was just asking one question so I said you know what I’m going to kindly hang up and proud to say I will not be attending this school at all especially not for something as...

-Cheap but so is overall quality. Only one international student advisor who's extremely busy and need appointments to talk about anything, not to see same day but some other day next week.

finally admitted after struggle in admissions department,but car towed away on the first day of college.The college parking lot was so small and no parking space was available. My class had already started so parked by the side of visitors park without blocking road. The insane so called parking lot attendents also known as bccc public safety officers not only placed a ticket of $75 on my car to be paid separately ,but also called the towing company that I ended up paying $350 extra to release my car.So, a total loss of $425 dollars on first day of college.

-when I saw the quality of professors on class, my heart broke again. I looked professors ratings and paid for one professor but later the other professor came to teach on class. This man was the worst one. No body understood what he taught. He himself was confused and unable to help . All we felt in class like "what's going on?". Some of the serious students wanted to complain the head of the department , but guess what- the man turned out to be the department head himself with 20 -22 years of teaching in his academic field.

-My BCCC experience was full of ironies and wonder. Yours may not be the same. It's cheap though, if you need a low budget college. Best of luck.
