DERA EXPRESS — Local services in Baltimore

I bought a salad from this 7 eleven. .When I got to work I found a bug in my salad.. I emailed the corporation. I received an email back about an experience they had and they told me to contact the store for a refund.. I called the store and the clerk said all he could do was exchange the salad for me. .The salad was already thrown in the trash at that point.. Who carries around a salad with a bug crawling in it for over 8 hours? I called corporate this time and filed a complaint.. I was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours.. It has been 4 days later and I still haven't heard from anyone.. Keep my $4.29. I won't EVER go to another 7 eleven...

The store is under new management again. They so inconsistent with the store hours. They changed the hours again and yet, nobody was there to open this morning. They was supposed to open at 5, I was there by 5:30. I waist $20 because I paid a Lyft to take me there believing it was open. Since it wasn't open, I had to find another store then back to my destination. Even Google said they was going to open at 5 am. I understand when they had electrical problems, n all the other problems but come on now. At this point, I will not be going back to this...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just left there, I asked the sales associate to make fresh pizza TWICE, he refused the first time but eventually made the pizza.... after pizza was done, I asked the SA to put my two slices back In for 15 secs so my cheese could melt more, he responded with come on man the pizza is done and we don't have a 15 sec button, in which that was a lie. What he dont know is that I work for 711 as well. However he made excuses and told me I could take my coupons and get out......🤔🤔🤔 he tossed them on the counter and...
