First time ordering...I placed an order at 5:24pm the lady told me it would be 45mins to an hour. An hour goes by I waited 5 mins and called. The lady who answered the phone was not the same person who took my order. She placed me on hold for about 2 mins comes back and says “your order just left, sorry about that” I asked why it was just now going out and she mumbled something then said “I can offer a 10% discount for your next order” I told her i would not be ordering again and she mumbled something else. I then explained why I wouldn’t order again. She asked me “what do you want me to do” I said give me a discount now. She then placed me on another hold for a few minutes. Comes back with “you paid with a credit card so I can’t refund anything I’m not authorized” I said well give the phone to someone who is. She told me that no one was there who could refund me. I said someone there must be able to refund me my money. She then places me on hold without telling me. Some guy comes on the phone with a thick accent I couldn’t understand him and told him i couldn’t. He said “i hang up and call back” I said no give the phone to someone who I can understand. He then hung up on me. I called back the same lady answered and again told me there was nothing she could do for me but offer a discount for my next order. I told her no I want a refund now. She said “your order should be there any minute” I told her I don’t want it because at this point my order was placed over an hour n half ago. I told her the pizza will be gross and cold. She abruptly put me on hold again and then the phone hung up. I call back and another guy gets on the phone and tells me that he will refund me money in 3 days. I said no now. He hung up on me again. 10 mins later the delivery person shows up and i refused the food. Never in my life will ever order from this place again....
Read moreI don’t normally do this but I placed my order today at 12:37 through the slice app. I received my confirmation email saying that my food would be delivered between 1:07-1:22pm followed by a follow up email saying they were busy and it would be a little later than expected between 1:31-1:46pm which is completely fine it’s the lunch rush no big deal. I waited until 2pm and called the shop and they informed me that they had just received my order and it would only be 10-15 minutes more so I continue to wait at 2:30 I get frustrated and call slice and they call the store and are told my order had left already it would be there soon. I received a call that my food was here and go to get it but there is no one in sight nor any food..receive another call he’s at the wrong address and asking me for directions to my home…like what?! So now another 15 minutes away….finally at 3:11 my food finally arrives. It’s a shame I used to speak so highly of this place but recently the service has declined so drastically. I rarely complain about my food I know and fully understand that things happen but almost 3 hours for food is WILD. I also know they don’t care. Read moreDisgusting customer service. The server who took my order was rude from the very beginning of the call. She was short and snippy. But, that was a bearable experience. However, I had an unforeseen circumstance that brought about my need to cancel my order (within less then 3 minutes of placing it). My order was promptly canceled but I was instructed to call back later to initiate my refund. Which was frustrating but still was not my breaking point. It was being placed on hold (still being able to clearly hear orders being taken rather than my refund being addressed) for several minutes before a manger got on the phone. The manger being Johnny. When I requested my refund; the manager essentially danced around saying if my refund was being processed; pushing it off onto the morning shift. I asked simply, “can you guarantee my refund will be processed?”. He refused to say then and then stated maybe I should think twice before putting an order in.
