Miss M's Home and Garden — Local services in Bargersville

I am so excited to have a nice garden center in the Bargersville/Greenwood/Center Grove area. Compared to other "garden centers" in the area (Lowe's, Home Depot, Meijer, etc), their prices are higher. But I 100% believe that you get what you pay for. We purchased most of our annuals from Miss M's, and they look so much bigger and fuller than anything we have purchased elsewhere in the past. They had so many different basket styles and options to choose from that it made selecting our flowers quite difficult. They have a very nice selection of outdoor trees and shrubs, ceramic pots (4 of which we ended up picking up), outdoor fountains, chairs, house plants, and decor. Every single associate that I have spoken with on our multiple trips has been so friendly and helpful. They really listened to what we were after and helped us pick out beautiful flowers that really enhanced our garden this year. They do offer a loyalty program where you earn points that can help save you money on future purchase. When you join, you can enroll in text messaging and get alerts to sales and promotions. Since joining in May, I think they have run at least 3 promotions that have helped save some money. I just cannot say enough nice things about Miss M's. WeI’ve been looking everywhere for a Dwarf Japanese Maple. Called Miss M’s to see if they carried them. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and very nice to talk with. After finding out they did carry them, we drove straight over. The amount of helpful staff was amazing! The lady inside directed us right to the tree’s. There was a gentleman outside that helped us find the one that was right for us. Explained the tree’s with the yellow ribbons were already sold. He got us a cart, loaded the tree and took it up front for us. Gave us some helpful information about the rest of the center. Honestly such a great experience. Spring Update: I had a feeling that I could only love this place more after spring planting season. They have a wide selection of everything you could ask for and some of their vegetables and herbs are quite unique that I haven't found anywhere else. Everything is very well taken care of and the staff is super friendly. Is it slightly more than the big box stores, yes, but you get what you pay for and you're supporting a small local business. At least stop in and take a browse I dare you not to buy at least one thing.

This place is gorgeous! The inside is like a fairy land. Love to see a local business here that's not a chain & and can not wait until spring planting season. This will be my 1st stop, no more big box stores...
