We bought a used fridge from Sam had some issues Took time to get a hold of him, but he still managed to replace it after our food in the refrigerator All went bad Still with no compensation for food or anything, he will take in secondhand refrigerators and not do the proper Work to make sure that they are efficient to sell after we got a replacement. It went out in three months(after the warranty). And even when we decided to give him a chance to fix it because he gaves us the runaround saying that he was gonna still fix the refrigerator then never calls then He leaves a random guy there that has pretty much no knowledge on how to Handle customer service I do not recommend this place. There are plenty other places in Barstow that actually take concern for stuff like this. I will not recommend buying refrigerators from him. I cannot speak on anything Else in his store, but This is one family helping another family. Do not buy refrigerators from the store definitely feels like a scam go somewhere else they’ll definitely be hearing from me when I actually can talk to somebody Professionally and I will be definitely contacting better business bureau as well letting them know...

REFURBISHED MATRESSES !!!

I went in looking a bedroom set, I got a king size mattress, they said they dont carry king so they had to special order it and make it. I waited 1 week, they brought me a cali king not a king /eastern king and didnt fit my frame I also ordered from them, they took it back.. oh and big pink tag that says second hand used sanitized on the mattress.. they said its refurbished. I said mimi didnt tell me this.. they said everything is new just the coils sanitized which is why refurbished.. whatever. I waited 1 more week for the right king.. I got it today and it fits.. but ITS STILL REFURBISHED. they don't tell you it's used and sanitized because if not they wouldn't sell! I came here bc my friend said they are good but they need to be honest about their matress. Now I'm going to go buy a NEW matress and sell this and lose money on it. And matress makes a lot of noise. Sounds like there a water bed...
