I was in there a couple hours ago and I overheard this dude bashing the staff. I don't work retail so i don't know the protocol for these things, but these people handled the situation very well hahaha like i know i couldn't do it. I would've lost my mind on that guy. Jessica was calm and collected the whole time even when the customer changed his story multiple times and became vocally aggressive toward her. Listen, people, this is a PAWN SHOP you're not always going to get that same warranty or return policies that major stores can offer. frankly, this pawn shop is better than a lot of pawn shops I've been to. Most pawn shops won't even offer you the time of day let alone a REFUND. dude had me laughing so hard while he was on his b^lls##t rant. sat there telling her he WAITED THREE DAYS to return something after it "stopped working". Homie if it stopped working the day you bought it and you're claiming they sold it to you broke WHY DID YOU WAIT TO BRING IT BACK. HAHAHA, lying a$$. Whatever dude ahahahha you looked dumb. AND Jessica STILL GAVE THIS DUDE A REFUND even after he was being sh%&ty to her. This is an awesome store with awesome customer service and BEYOND AWESOME employees. You guys KEEP DOING YOUR THANG! Five stars from me. F@!k those haters. Anyway I feel like I’m taking this up like I took your employees time up after this incident. Just wanted her to know how well I thought she handled this situation, and from the brief seconds I talked to you, your heart is pure you don’t deserve that and I’m sorry. Read moreI hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately this will be one. I don't know who the owner is but I hope they read this message and take a closer look at their establishment. The shop is never open, and closes for short times randomly. I went there one time and sat for an hour watched countless people come and leave like it's a normal regular thing for business to be closed during their regular posted business hours. It took me three times over a week period to catch them when they were open. The M anager they worked told me if the statue isn't out, they aren't open as if that explained why they aren't open during THEIR posted business hours, and this wasn't just one time. Also must mention the services is shockingly bad. I mean really bad which makes me curious how much longer it will take for this pawn shop to go out of business. I feel bad for the owners. I'm not sure why these employees are able to get away with this, and if the business owner is aware, no I don't see any owner being okay with the store performance going on here. Please check your employees in order for customers to have a more positive customer service experience. Thank you. He claimed to know a great deal but his brain is still somewhere in the 1970s as far anything electronic. He needs to let the other employees run this store while he waits in the back or goes home. His customer service is worse than anything I ever seen. He seems to think every electronic that has ever been made, by every brand, is completely made the same way. First off, if you going to work the counter, how about NOT being on your phone. How about greeting customers instead of having a funky attitude because we “interrupted” your phone time. Isn’t that what lunch is for? If you’re the “owner” you set a HORRIBLE example for your employees. Stop claiming to know everything when you REALLY DO NOT KNOW A THING.
