T.J. Maxx — Local services in Bartlesville

Lacking soap and water to the Maxx… We visit this location often as we are only a mile away as the crow flies. The clothing racks and displays seemed super stocked during this visit. Maybe because of Christmas is just around the corner. The clothing racks were so packed that it was hard to slide the shirts down to see the next one and it hurt my fingers trying to slide the clothes down the racks. A good pain because there was so much to look at!! I was there long enough that I needed a bathroom break because I had some delicious coffee. When I went to wash my hands I was a little frustrated because two of the three soap dispenser were out and only one sink worked. I was in the bathroom a little longer than I wanted to be because of the soap and water issue. Overall, a good visit and the staff...

I love TJMaxx so much. Shopped at them and Ross for years in Tulsa and Owasso. If I'm in any other city I'm there. This store needs better customer service. It drives me crazy, that instead of giving me good customer service they are worried about me stealing. I managed a retail store for 13 years and I'm not speaking from a place of lack of understanding. Its unreal at this store. I have caught alot of thieves in my life and managed stores, retail clothing, beauty supply stores. I hate cause I fully can't enjoy myself shopping. It's the best therapy for me. When returning a couple if items since this store in Bartlesville has opened, those were very unpleasant experiences also. Again I'm so thankful we have this store and Ross.. Just wanted to give...

UPDATE: I feel like the employees keep getting more rude every time I go in. I love the store so I'll still go into shop, I just know not to expect anything from the staff (at least the ones I come across) Friendly and helpful staff, and cleanest TJ Maxx I've ever been to. There are still some rude employees but for the most part they are pretty nice. EDIT: I have not run into any rude employees in a while. The cashiers are typically friendly although very rare do the other employees I come across within the store say anything....
