Panda Express — Restaurant in Bartlesville

I try this location every couple of months in hopes that the customer service is above par or that they actually have food in stock (as most of the time half the menu is out), frankly this time around it was the worst experience I have ever had. I had ordered online and was onsite just a couple minutes before the allotted pick up time, typically this location is drive thru only but as I don't go here often, tried to go inside where a sign on the door read "take out," but was met with locked doors. I waited about 5 minutes to try and get an employees attention and 4 just looked at me and didn't even try come to the door to talk. Eventually I went through the drive thru where their was roughly 15 cars waiting (I would also see confused customers do as I did and stop in the parking lot and attempt to go inside, I believe this location had once had unlocked doors to have customers come inside to pick up). By the time I got to the window, it was 20 minutes past my pick up time and the drive thru employee advised they could not find my order, I showed multiple employees my confirmation number and email I received for my order, only to be met with "we can't find it". Eventually they made my order (after several minutes of arguing and the fact I had already paid online) and when asked about the sign on the door, they just said that they were just busy and needed to make a sign. I advised that if they would have answered the door prior (or remove the sign which is what I was attempting to tell them), they could have resolved my situation beforehand instead of keeping me in the only line they have for profit and wasting peoples time. I greatly appreciate that they still served me, thru the drive-thru at closing. I had driven 3 1/2 hours to get to my sister's condo, and I was starving. I looked on Google maps to find the closest place to get food. I chose here because I love Chinese food. Only issue I had was that the next day, before I drove back home, was that it cost right at $38.00 for 2 small containers of food, which was mainly fried rice. I got an extra small side of spicy chicken, which did help in filling me up before my drive. I got home and finished the test for dinner. Guess I'm just used to the 2 places I go here, well about 12 miles & 30 miles from my house. One is a buffet and the other an entree, but the most I pay is $15.00, which will last me for about 3 to 4 meals. That is a dang good price for good food. Here, u have the option of a very small plate, with half rice, then small servings of meat. I didn't know, and I should have just ordered all chicken, with a very small amount of rice. I'll know next time I stop in, which will be soon. Now that.i know where my sister's condo is, I'll be making that 3 1/2 hour trip very often. Enjoy some good food and great customer service. The young girl in the drive-thru last Thursday night was o sweet that I tipped her my last $3.00 to my name. She deserved it for visiting with me while the young man, on the phone with me, fixed me food from what they hadn't thrown away. I barely made it before all the food was thrown away. Wish they would donate that food to homeless shelters because that is a huge tax write-off if they would consider doing that. Don't just waste the food. I donated when I had 2 convenience stores with cafe's in them. Every little bit we can do to spread love and help the ones who are hungry, would help make this world a better place for us all. This location is always clean and well organized. I have been to the 4 locations in the Tulsa metro areas because of my job requirements causes my to travel a lot. Hands down this the best location in the Panda organization in oklahoma. The Muskogee location is another well run location.

This is my weekly lunch stop. The staff in Barttlesviell knows exactly what I want and how I want it, without me saying anything even when change my lunch. This location has the best staff not only within the panda's in oklahoma. I say out of the 20 or so locations nationwide; I have been in the past few years this has the best staff and excellent food preparation and presentation. All the staff have a great attitude and customer service care. Nobody is banging cookware or being unprofessional. This is unequivocally, a 100% direct reflection of the General management approach and appreciation of the staff!

There's other places to eat in Barttlesviell, however why would I when the service here is extremely pleasant enjoyable and conversational. Please don't change the way the locations operations style, it's extremely important for the patrons to be considered the priority of the...
