This place is a complete joke. Zero supervision, zero accountability, zero respect for drivers’ time. It’s unbelievable that a facility this dysfunctional is allowed to operate like this. Drivers are treated like we’re nothing. I arrived here at 10:00 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. appointment. When I checked in, I spoke with a girl at the guard shack — who handed me a piece of paper and told me to park in the back lot. I waited the entire day, and they finally called me around 7:00 p.m. to start loading. At 8:00 p.m., I got the green light, went to the office to get my paperwork, and when I gave my pickup number, the employee, Dwayne, casually told me JR loaded the wrong freight. Now it’s 10:00 p.m., and I’m still stuck here watching employees walk around aimlessly, laughing, playing on their phones, sitting in the office doing absolutely nothing. It’s obvious no one cares because it’s Friday, 04/25/2025, and they have no loads moving over the weekend — so they waste the whole day pretending to work.
Edit: they...
Read moreOK, so as of right now, the five stars are for the young lady in the guard shack. I am three trucks deep and she walked out here to get my PO to get me checked in and she was very friendly. So for those of you that are complaining about her attitude just remember we all go through stuff and our attitude is not always the best so maybe you should try cutting someone or Break.
11/03/24 Second time here and yet again the guard was very friendly. My appointment was at 1330 this afternoon was in a door by 0930 this morning and getting loaded. What a great place to pick up loads!
6/26/25 I come to this shipper a lot now I have never had any issues other than the way they load my truck because my truck tends to be heavier than most they have to load it differently. Friendly staff even when I have to come back an get reworked, always take me early and get me out very quickly. So for all of you trolls on here talking about it taking forever to get loaded if ya don’t like what they are doing do...
Read moreEasy in and out. No overnight parking allowed. If you're lucky, you can park at the small Pilot on Hwy 60 about 7 miles east of Bartow. I firmly believe other comments are from drivers who don't have good communication skills with others. I met a very nice security lady upon entering. I dimmed my lights to avoid annoying people. I shut off my engine so I could communicate without trying to speak louder than the motor, and i remained in the truck as required to by the warehouse. I gave her the PO#, she went in, checked me in, and came out with a door to back into. I was greeted by a super friendly loader, gave him my PO# to confirm he would be loading the right load, and sat in my truck waiting for paperwork. If you're picking up a frozen load, do precool trailer to -10. I did put 2 load bars in the back for them to secure the load. But it is the driver's responsibility to secure the load. Don't get upset if they did not set your load bars up to...
