Our company purchases large orders from this restaurant twice a year for holidays. I decided to go on my lunch break and have food from there order two tacos the chips and the guac mind you I get a 30 minute break the chips were burnt I was not able to eat it so I called the restaurant they told me they would replace it, I go back two weeks later almost 3 actually to get it replaced they want to make a face when I mention it have my receipt then they proceeded to go get the chips but donāt give me the guac for the chips and then the man says to me did you eat the guac when you got it before? No I did not because they go with the chips , well unfortunately I cannot replace the guac so I told them they could keep their chips. Itās very poor customer service. The guacamole is maybe one avocado and a little bit of seasoning if that very poor service very poor customer satisfaction from here on out, we will take our business twice a year Plaza Mexico Iām quite sure our $400 orders will be valued there as well as my measly 12 or $13 order when I would like lunch. A bus full of field workers came in right after and ordered food to eat there and that's no problem but every single table was served there food while we waited 25 minutes for our order... we were in the aisle next to the front register waiting and when we asked if our order ready girl said she called our name out and couldn't find us.. that never happened I literally looked at her looking at us waiting so that was just a bold faced lie, they forgot about us and didn'thave the balls or professional decency to apologize or admit it. Same exact thing happened to a coworker 2 weeks in a row. Manager initially stated prices increase however menu reflects a different price and he did not update the new prices. Was apologetic after he realized the error (he actually took the time to order it to see the price difference). But will not patronize them again.
