I don’t know how to better say this but baby this company is amazing, I had issues with this upright 3 door freezer for over 4 months.. southern chill was my last resort before I was gonna junk the freezer.. they came through seen it had a potential leak took it to their shop and had it fixed within 2 weeks. They even let it sit in their shop running for 5 days before they brought it back to be sure it was properly working… I’m so happy because 2 other companies couldn’t do it .. the first company took over $1,500 of my hard earned money to still have a broken freezer..But God baby he don’t sleep and he sent me the best to get it right.. I didnt get the guys name that helped but baby customer service was a 10/10 I definitely recommend this company to any and everyone! Thanks...

The only option I was given was to replace everything. I asked why my furnace would need to be replaced and was told because it would not match my new equipment there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Also my ductwork is insulated and did not need to be replaced. Yes the metal duct work can sweat and cause water damage, but not if it is properly insulated which it is. I just personally did not have a good experience because I was not given options, it was either do a full replacement or do nothing, so I went with someone else who was willing to work with me and give me options and was able to save $4,000 by not replacing the furnace and duct work because they are still...

We had our central A/C unit in 2020 not cooling the unit was not even a year old they came out right away was told by the technician that came out that there was a possible leak or low on Freon the technician called Louis Gary and came back and told me what we needed to do and Mr Gary also called and checked up on how everything went and how our unit was doing . The next year in 2021 our capacitor went out I called that morning early and by 1030 a.m it was changed and we were back to being cool in our home again . I definitely recommend them to any and everyone that needs help would definitely never have anyone but these guys work...
