Southside Detail Shop — Local services in Eunice

I cannot recommend this unprofessional business.

Booked an appointment on their website and planned our day around arriving on time. Their website even required us to leave a card on file. Nowhere on their website does it state same-day appointments are not accepted.

Upon arrival, there was no one there. Knocked on their door, no response. Called the number listed on their website, no response. Called the number on their front door, and finally, someone picked up, only to hang up two seconds later without saying anything.

Disappointing because their website seemed professional and the location appears clean, but that's about where the good ends. At best, they are simply disrespectful of other people's time. At worst, they are scamming people's credit cards. I will be monitoring my bank statements closely, and taking our business elsewhere. We suggest you...
