I waited until afternoon for delivery of a mattress set when I was told it would be delivered around 10am. I explained when I get my check ( on 3rd) made payment on the 3rd. Then on 18 th they called stating a payment was due on 15th because I only made a partial payment. I made the payment. District manager rude and definitely not business like and out of anger I said as much to both he and the new accounts manager. All the above could be a misunderstanding but then my granddaughter called and said affordable had called stating they had called me 3 times and also called another reference several times and neither of us had answered. I had no missed calls and neither did my reference that was visiting. The new manager and account manager is very rude. I have paid one thing off and my other is halfway paid off. My note is on the first. If it is not paid on the first they start calling you the day after and sending you things. The old staff was wonderful. They will not work with you. Just plain out ugly rude.
