They are knowledgeable about products and pricing. The delivery guys are even amazing. I am very satisfied with Ivan Smith as a whole.

Denise is the best people person in the town of Bastrop. Helped me with enthusiasm and respect. I love, love, love my couch. Will be delivered Friday and I can hardly wait. Only one problem we are in our 70's and the guys delivering are not allowed to move our old couch out of out mobile home. So the other couch will be in the middle of our floor until we have some grandsons from Montana to visit whenever???, soon we hope. The old couch wad from Smith Furniture too. Our recliners came from Smiths too. LOL that shows how much we love SMITHS...

The shopping experience at Ivan Smith in Bastrop Louisiana was very good from start to finishing up with delivery Mike, the salesman was exceptional, he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. The ladies finishing up the paperwork was pleasant and very professional. We were not able to be at the house for delivery, but the friends that were there said that it was unreal how careful they were at unloading the appliances we bought. A five star experience...
