After a quick Google search for an appliance repairman to look at my deep freezer that had been converted into a kegerator, I called Mr. Appliance and described the job. I was told the technician should be able to see me that day and would call to confirm. 3 hours went by and no call. I then tried to call the number back and received no answer. The technician neither showed or called that day. I called the next day and received no answer, then called the day after this and did get an answer. After an apology, I was told the technician would see me Saturday before 10:00 A.M. I called at noon on Saturday as no technician had come and received no answer. I called back Monday and spoke to the same gentleman that told me I would see the technician Saturday. He said the technician must have forgotten as he doesn't usually do calls on Saturday and then said the technician went to a home and garden show. He then said he could set up an appointment for Tuesday at 4:30. Tuesday at 5:30 I called again and spoke to the same gentleman who told me he hadn't heard from the technician and that he must be behind. I told him at that point that if I didn't see the technician that day I'd have to go with someone else. The technician never showed. I called again the next day, hoping to at least get an explanation and they didn't answer the call. At no point was I offered anything other than an apology to try and keep my business. I think I was more than fair with the situation giving them 3 different chances. Save your time and call someone else. These 2 won't care about wasting your time or you're broken appliance.    Read moreWe'd used Mr. Appliance a couple of years ago for our garage refrigerator and were very pleased. This last time we needed service on an LG Dishwasher so we called to set an appointment. We were scheduled for the next day and when the tech came out he was very rushed, only took a few minutes to "diagnose" the issue (which I found odd since it was a loud noise that hadn't even happened yet while he was there) and told me it would cost $320. I paid the half of the bill required and got a call that they could install the following Monday. Life got in the way and I had to call to cancel the appointment and I advised I would call back to reschedule. Much to my surprise I received a call Thursday after noon requesting a call to reschedule, and then about 2 hours later before I had a chance to call back, got a text message that they had scheduled an appointment for me the following day between 2-4pm. I rearranged everything to ensure someone was at the house and the same gentleman who diagnosed, did the repair. Balance was paid as promised, at the end of the appointment. My dishwasher is now louder than it was previously so I called Mr. Appliance to advise and my only options were to have the tech come back out to look at it and/or remove the part. I advised I was not comfortable with the same tech as my confidence level in him was low, and was advised I should have said that in the first place.    Read moreUPDATE: A month after he "repaired" the dryer, I ended up having to get another company to come out and fully repair it. Turns out the fan went bad and it could of caused a fire. I was not informed of this when Bryan came out and it has been out for months. He should of seen this when he took the dryer apart if he was paying attention. Not pleased with the service.
I work at a massage studio and we depend on our washer and dryer. Our dryer ended up making a super loud noise. I called around to several places, but they were either booked out for a month or you had to buy the dryer from them. Bryan was able to get out to us the next day and diagnose the problem right away. He came back the next day with the piece and repaired it. The dryer had another part that went bad and I called to inform Brian. He came out and fixed that piece at no extra cost. He was very understanding of the situation and made sure everything was properly fixed. He saved the studio a lot of money and if we ever need to get any appliance repaired again, I will be hiring him....
