I have been trying for 2 whole days to get answers from the women in the license branch. She has an extremely rude attitude and is not pleasant to work with. I work at a dealership and we are trying to get our customers needs met. She is literally doing everything in her wheel power to not help. She also gave me a fax number which she said she got the first fax. Then proceeded to tell me that she needed more documents so I sent it over but she never received them. Called back 2 more times for her to tell me she never got them when it says it went through on my end. Then she just sits there on the phone. I then was like ok well can I possibly get your email? She said oh no I’m not allowed to give that out. I said okay well then what is your fax number? She then gave me a completely different fax number. Then I say okay once you get this are you going to be able to tell me if my customer has to be there in person to transfer this vehicle? She then says well I’m the only one here and you’re not my only customer so if I can get to it I will. Remind you I’ve been going back & forth for 2 days trying to get a simple answer that she has yet to provide me with. She also keeps telling me different things that way she doesn’t actually have to do her job and answer my simple question. Again very rude & poor customer service! At this point I feel like your boss should fully be aware of how you talk & treat people. If you don’t like helping people then your in the wrong line...
Read moreI was there this moring. the branch opens at 9:30am, but people start to line up at 8am. we arrived at 8am try to get in person appointment, as none of the branches in the area has any appointments availabe that can be made online. the only way to get business done is come here in person. at 8:36am, I took these pictures, there were estimated about 40-50 people waiting outside of the office before the office open at 9:30am. people literallly had to wait for 1.5 hour at least even to just get into the office door, and wait even more inside for their turn as there is not 40-50 service windows inside the branch. I think DMV can do a better job!!! this 1 star is not just for this branch, but to all DMV branches in WA state. Goverment should do more to help their residents. for example longer branch hours; more service windows (more staff); more branches; or even a number machine would help. people could get a number and leave, if knowing that waiting time is going to be more than 1.5 hours, they could run their errands and come back to get their business done at branch. for people to wait that long is just unacceptable. a quick survy voting button can also help improve their service. In my experience, some staff are unsympathetic and cold to say at least. I urgee goverment officals who are in charges of DMV brances do something about it! this will truly help millions of residents in WA...

I moved from OR to WA in April, and passed my driving test ... everything, after that I came back to this location and asked them for my dirver license so they said I need more documents and I have to interview for WA residents. That time, all my documents are available, and almost expired, I had asked the staff about that and everytime they said I just need one more bill, like medical bill, electronic bill, phone bills.... I had waited from 4/17 until now 9/20... I have no drive to school or go anywhere I want... and then today they told me that all my documents expired and I need more documents . And they can’t allow me getting my license. Horrible experience ... Cause I’m an international student, I have only passport, expired ID,i20, bank statement ...and medical bill,that’s all I have. Now... they already waste my time and all my documents, cause they’re expired, I have to renew all of them and back to OR ....also I have a funny thing when I took knowledge test. They look like business more than regular DMV in other states. Do the test on paper and we never know how we failed or passed... I feel atleast twice times to pass...
