First and last time going! I went there for a pedicure and manicure. They young girl who was doing my feet got mad because the color I chose was not the actual color I was looking for. So she went in the back and started yelling and the other workers. She half painted my toes, had my toes bleeding, and very sore. So the guy did my nails and screwed them up. They polish had messed up while I was drying so I told him and he ran over the messed up nail with more polish. He seemed to be mad because the nail polish messed up and started being rough. I paid 70 dollars for absolutely nothing. I was embarrassed to go anywhere after I left so the next day, I went somewhere else to get my pedicure and manicure redone which was EXTRA money. The polish smelled so loud, it was smelling the next day. They thought I let a child do my nails. I told them that Ray Charles could have did better then the suppose to be professional salon did. On top of that, the guys daughter was in there screaming and hitting the dad while he was messing up somebody else's nails. This little 4 yr old girl needs some serious discipline! She had papers, coloring crayons, coloring books scattered all over the floor and refused to pick it up when told. The mom had to pick it up. I will never go back there again! The got 70 free dollars from me but...

I don’t like Lisa nails for one reason they have my name on that nail salon, and when I went in there to ask, can I get my eyebrows done he said, no do you remember blah blah blah and I couldn’t understand what he was saying, and there was this white lady sitting there laughing so I’m trying to figure out was funny because first well isn’t that against the law to have somebody else name isn’t it like soliciting? I wanna know can I call Akka supervisor said I could take that name down because I think that’s a fair to me why I have all these other ignorant clients going up there with my name on there because there’s only one Kiara that I know I think that’s very disrespectful to me as a person so I allow my name to be on somebody else’s company without my permission I really don’t believe that they have a license and I would really like if a supervisor can go over there and take that name plate down it would make me feel a lot more better because I do not want to go up there and get my eyebrows done for the simple fact that you have my name in your salon, but you’re not willing to do anything for me. They need to take the sign down like as soon...

Well let me say that i dont know what the deal is, but this is not the place it use to be!I came in and asked for a pedicure.I was told to sign in and wait.No problem.Been here before with my wife so i knew the deal.They had 2 pedi chairs occupied.3 people working,after over an hour,and the chairs had been empty, cleaned,still didnt tell me to come back.Another 15 min later a lady walks in,asks for a pedicure,they tell her to sign in and take her directly to a chair and start to begin.Im boiling by now,stood up and asked what the heck, got blank looks and left! I went down the street and got it done and out in 30 minutes and treated nice!Needless to say i told my wife we would never spend our money here again.Sorry customer service and if you listen, the lady is rude with the customers.Oh well,plenty of folks...
