Brad did an excellent job with delivery and set up a majority of our appliances. He was thorough, consciencenous, and experienced. That's what customers want and expect especially when being charged a installation fee with Each appliance. He gets 5 stars. Had Several hiccups - oven did not work. Had many conservations on removing, reinstalling old oven, reordering, installing replacement. Sales group needs to coordinate better and communicate to customer weekly when hiccups happen. Not the other way around. Also have timeline and facts, like calling the manufacturer and asking questions, not the customer suggesting they call after 30+days and no replacement and was original told oven was is in stock. Was it really? Every week I called sales, talked to various people, got a different response with timeline. Keep a log list of when customer calls, what was discussed. Don't call customer with vague information, and say 'I dont know what was previously discussed and with who.' That happened multiple times and felt noone wanted to take the initiative and get a answer. Freezer was installed and door was switched. Install person (not Brad) did not fix seal properly with the switch and freezer started to frost up immediately. Service guy had to come out. Training issue I felt with install guys. We bought a pan to put under washer machine incase water leaked. Was told by l service tech, (had him out for different issue with new dishwasher not drying) if pan fills with water, the motor will burn out. Another training issue I felt with service tech and install guys not educating each other, and install guys not educating the customer on dos and don'ts. Dryer makes a faint buzzing noise sometimes, but not when service tech came out again. Ofcourse. Sales stated replacement oven will be tested before installed. Box came totally sealed and wrapped. No clue what tested meant. Time will tell how All new appliance perform. 45+days of dealing with appliance issues. Many more weeks of emails and phone calls dealing...
   Read moreWe bought a new dishwasher from them, (still well within the Warranty) It’s stopped draining. We called Schroeders to come out and Service it, they came out looked at it reset it and did nothing. It did not fix it, we called them back, they came out, they just unplugged it and left. It flooded our kitchen and ran water into other parts of the house. They then came back out and then took the unit away to their shop, To perform warranty tests. They have proceeded to us they will not help us and it is our issue to take up with the manufacture which we have tried over a dozen times to get a hold of them. No response back ever. They have not provided us any help and have not given us a different dishwasher or even the original one that was faulty back to us or any credit. Also, we had to clean up the water and repair the damage to the flooring and the cabinets our self no help with that either. We are just out the machine, the money and any explanation. Can’t recommend enough to purchase stuff other places obviously you can tell it’s under new ownership. The original owners Never treated their customers like this. Over the years we purchased we seven different houses full of appliances from this business not a penny...

At this time I am giving a 2 star. This will be a full 2 weeks that I have been without a stove!! At the time we bought our stove and microwave, one of the major selling points was told to us that Scroeders does all their service work to take care of their customers. So we bought an LG only to find out they are not at this time LG certified. We have jumped through all the hoops LG required to prove that it was not our propane or service to our house causing the stoves issue. I was just informed that I get to spend another weekend without a stove!!! They tell me LG has not gotten back to them. I wish I knew then what I know now!!!! No I would not have bought an LG!!!! $1000 for something to sit in my kitchen????? We have not been offered anything such as a replacement or our money back?? Anything??? For our inconvenience??? Funny how all this works......We pay, they have our money.....I have......a stove I am told don't use!!!!...
