Moana Mercantile — Local services in Bay Lake

A cute, smaller store on the second floor of the Polynesian Resort Hotel at Walt Disney World. They have a smaller selection of products and hotel stay items, like soaps and such. The staff was very friendly and helpful while we were up there. We looked through the plush section as my munchkin is enamored with Minnie Mouse.

Luckily I was able to distract her with other items and leave without the 18" plushie of Minnie, but she was definitely in love with it. You do get your passholder discount on merch here if you have a pass, so be sure to use it!

They have a drink case and a fair number of snacks here as well if you're staying and want a room snack, or just need a snack for on the go.

NEEDS A ZERO STORE! Very disappointed in the staff at this store! My son traded a limited pin! He decided he didn’t want to trade and one of the 3 employees who worked there took it and would not give it back to him after he had only walked away for a few seconds. So instead of being a magical place for him it was a very upsetting experience. WAY FOR THE CAST MEMBERS TO BREAK A KIDS HEART! Moana Mercantile is a nice little shop located on the second floor of the Polynesian resort at Disney World. It's the perfect place to find snacks. They have a variety of snacks and drinks like water, soda, beer, wine, etc. I was happy to find cups of Easy Mac for sale because my daughter is so picky so if all else fails she can eat Macaroni since we do have a microwave located in our room.
