"Exclusive Facial with Extractions" appointment on [ May 30, 2025]. This was my first facial experience, and I had done considerable research and sought advice from friends to understand what to expect.

While I found the overall facial process to be very calming and relaxing, I was ultimately not impressed with the results, especially considering the $120 price point.

My primary concern is the residue left on my skin. I informed the aesthetician that I have oily skin, but unfortunately, I left the salon feeling excessively greasy. Instead of the refreshed, clean feeling I anticipated, my face felt heavy and coated, almost like a "glob of goo," to the point where I felt the immediate need to wash my face. This was quite contrary to the 'million-dollar' feeling one hopes for after a professional facial.

Regarding the extractions, which were a key reason I chose this particular service, I was also disappointed. As I've recently started experiencing more visible pores, I was hoping this would be a thorough cleansing. However, upon returning home, a gentle squeeze of my nose revealed that my pores looked almost exactly as they did prior to the facial. It did not feel as though significant extractions had...

I’m preparing for an event & needed a manicure & pedicure & eyebrows done . McKenzie did my pedicure & Paige did my manicure - both ladies were very professional . I’m very pleased & I’ll be back ! I highly recommend Paige she also does , hair, nails , eyebrows & Mckenzie is the pedicurist ! Ask for those ladies & you won’t be disappointed . Now, if you’re used to deep massage on legs & feet during pedicure - it wasn’t that experience next time I’ll definitely let her know & see if that changes , but overall great experience. I went back the next week for my Deep Tissue Massage & Cardarius knocked it out the park! He was very professional, he ensured I was comfortable , the setting was perfect ! I highly recommend Cardarius for massages. I love the spa products & their soaps - I only dislike that you can no longer utilize your spa credit for merchandise . I always have $15-$20 left from my spa credit & would love to use it on soaps but you can’t. But overall great...

If there was a 100 star rating, Azalea Spa and Salon would get it!! Today I had a massage, manicure and pedicure and let me tell you it ALL was AMAZING! As I entered the spa, the staff and owners were immediately customer service driven! They were popping champagne for their guest, handing out waters, wine, sodas and anything you wanted…you got it! Everyone was laughing as smiling and the staff were attentive to all of their guests. Every service I received was perfection! When you walk in the scent is so delicious and calming and the entire spa is so clean! I am a frequent flyer at their Gulfport location but today was a first at their Hollywood Casino Bay St. Louis, MS location. IT IS TOP NOTCH at both locations!
