Well to start off with Gina and storm freaking awesome... Outstanding customer service from Gina and storm, and they were helpful the whole way through the process.. I'm a return customer with Babcock and have good quality items. I could have went to another location such as Best buy or Walmart and got a little bit better price on the TV that I bought but being that I have an account with that Babcock and I've always been very pleasurable to work with I decided to go there. this location is the same location I bought furniture and other items, everytime it's been a very pleasurable process. This location staff is always very helpful and goes out of the way to make sure the customer is happy. So if you're looking to buy some nice furniture electronics or household appliances don't go to rent to own where they sell you junk or used equipment go to Babcock and specially this location you can get high quality items that are actually new not something has been rented 4 or 5 times before you got it. So if you're looking to build your credit don't listen to the guys at the rent to own and they tell you that they can help rebuild your credit when they do not I promise ..go to the professionals...

My husband and I have dealt with many furniture stores over our 50 year marriage but none have ever given us the 5 star service and care that the Badcock Home Furniture Store in Hudson, Florida did. I called the store inquiring about a recliner that we had searched high and low for. One that my husband would be comfortable in and matched our existing furniture. I called the Badcock Store in Hudson after seeing one online that might just work. Earl answered the phone. He didn't have one on the showroom floor but ordered one from his distribution center to be delivered the next day for us to see. He even made sure to have it on the floor before my husband had to be at work later in the day. It was a perfect fit on all counts......comforable, perfect color and well made. It was a great experience to work with such wonderful people from the young lady who handled the paperwork to Earl who went above and beyond what any store manager would be expected to do. We will be back to Badcock in Hudson for all our future...

I bought a California king bedroom set 5 years ago. I spent over $5,000 and expected quality, which i did not receive. The legs throughout the middle of the bed are falling apart. The back of the headboard is particle board and the screws used were cheap and there were not screws put in front the start all the way around. Shortly after I added screws to secure the headboard because screws were falling out and the headboard was coming off. After adding the proper screws i did not receive any further problems with the headboard. I am very disappointed to have a bed fall apart when i spent this amount of money. The bed was not put together and secured in a way to keep it together properly. I feel as if they want it to fall apart so you need to come back for a new one in a shorter time than expected. The bottom of the drawers are also particle board. I would expect this from a chest of drawers from walmart or ikea where it is cheaper. I would expect to get the quality i pay for. I would not recommend...
