Walgreens — Local services in Bayonne

I came into this store today around 1pm and was disappointed in what I heard. One worker (I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she was an employee) yelled at another coworker who was doing her job. It made me very uncomfortable, and I could tell the worker was speaking down to her coworker to try and humiliate her in front of other customers and employees. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the woman who was being extremely nasty, but I could not see her because she was behind the counter. I’ve never seen her before and I think she is new.

There’s no reason for that woman to talk to one of her coworkers like a dog. It made me very uncomfortable because The woman who the manager was disrespecting is always very kind when I come into the store. I felt very bad for that woman being yelled at like that, There’s no excuse for that kind...

Terrible customer service! Yesterday I witnessed a woman asking to speak to a manager but only shift leaders working. Apparently she was waiting for the cashier to ring her up and he left his register without communicating to the customer. She was upset and so would I if encountered this type of behavior. Instead of having us wait while the staff was speaking to her they should have open another register. Please retrain your staff and hire people who want to work... get it together! I gave a two star because store was...

5 stars to the young woman who was ringing us out at the register on 6/24/25 around 7pm-ish or a tad after. I didn't catch her name but she is petite, thin, and wears glasses. She was so polite and I had a bag I brought that was twisted up and I was going to just untwist it and put my purchases in there but she did it for me even though she didn't have to. It was a small, kind gesture and I thanked her for it. These little things perk us up. I really appreciate her professional demeanor...
