St Mary Plaza — Local services in Bayou Vista

This is the Purple Lemon. I look on the second harvest website and it shows MC on Thursday 10-1. I literally needed food bank services and still because u expected events come slap me in face and I got there at 11:01 and pantry closed. Said they opened at 9:30 and thought it was 12 but it was 11. Now I have not a pot to piss it a prayer left to pray but I'm desperate and still am but I say that's what it said on the site and a person brought up FB and said it shows this time. Well, in technically homeless, I have zero food or a way to feed my diabetic ass but no sympathy or concern come from them and they acted like I was lying when I said I didn't have a FB... When I tried to show the ladies the one in particle that acted u bothered and done immediately says, I can't see that. In a snide way not that I was expecting to have to go there anyway but the pride gone and no hope for any help at this point cause I have no gas no food no nothing. And things haven't went as expected so I have no way to fix the issue . I had to bring up site and show what it said a hear that plus no hope or help. I didn't know u open at 9:30. The food bank that distributed to u says otherwise and I'm not all in fb 24/7. This was a sudden thing and now I am not sure what to do for the next I dunno because there is not a lick of food available. Out intentions were to grocery shop Friday and that's not happening. But no sympathy or empathy just nasty comments and sent away with no where to turn. Next time I go to clear out more of my belongings that are very clean and nice, they won't be going here anymore. They got quiet a bit too bc I lost 160 lbs and been donating all my nice name brand perfect condition clothing there and name brand purses and shoes and high dollar decor but I'll find another place after that. I feel defeated and belittled. God...

Went to harbor freight at the Morgan City location. Was looking for a Bauer brand 20 volt impact. None in stock. Looked for 1/2 inch drive and 3/8 inch drive. Both were out of stock. Was told a supply truck will be in July 1st, and I could call after 1400 hrs to check stock. I was also told of other locations...
