I BARELY EAT TACO BELL STOPPED BY AFTER A FRIEND LET ME TRY THE CHALUPA BOX..I DECIDED HEY LET ME GET ONE,I TRIED EXPLAINING WHAT I WANTED TO THE EMPLOYEE .”CAN I HAVE CHALUPA BOX AND I WANT ALL CHALUPAS THEY GAVE ME 3 SOFT SHELL BURRITOS🤬🤬

I said well you know what ima be nice and go around and just order what I want being that I didn't know the correct term to use to get her to understand.i said mam I want 3 chulupa that’s in the box ….could y’all believe they stil gave me the wrong thing and it was 11$ so I spent 30 dollars basically for stuff I didn’t want because the employee don’t even know what’s on they menu

No offense but they need to stop Hiring people that know nothing about Mexican culture and food 💯will never stop by again rather eat grass off...

Reagan is the absolute best! She makes you feel so welcome, like you’re part of her family, from the moment you walk in. On top of that, I’ve literally never had such quick service at any other fast food place until Reagan helped me with my Taco Bell order. She’s so efficient, but she still takes the time to make sure everything is right and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

She’s kind, energetic, and just amazing at what she does. You can tell she truly cares about making everyone’s experience great. Honestly, she’s the reason I keep coming back to this location. On our way to our second location, it's cheating Friday so we did not pack lunch. Taco bell offers a true $1 menu. Things that really only cost you $1. We ordered the cheesy bean and rice burrito, well 2 of them each. The Spicy potato soft taco, 1 each. Normally this is our norm, but the Nacho Fries are on the menu, who can resist those? Certainly not me. The reason for the 5 stars ...the food was done correctly, warm and fresh. The burritos are filling and were a great ender. The Spicy potato soft taco...
