Walgreens — Local services in Bean Station

If I could give them 0 stars I would just from the service and treatment I've been receiving from this certain store for a month now. The associates there are SO VERY RUDE made me feel like I was a bother to them for them having to do their jobs. I mean when and where have you seen associates sitting in a chair behind the counter with their feet propped up as if fixing to stretch back and relax. Very bad attitude made me show two different types of identification to pickup my medicine and only one is required the very first time of picking up that type of medication but still they continue to ask for that and even ask to see two types and all my info is currently updated and given correct with that too. Got my prescription lost and delayed from my Drs office kept on telling me that they hadn't yet received my prescription and in fact my Dr office said and proved otherwise they had contacted the pharmacy even gave the lady's name whine my Dr office spoke with at the pharmacy about my medicine ordered. Poor service I'm honestly thinking about moving to some place else I was trying to find a down home pharmacy whenever i chose this Walgreens store for friendly halp and great service but boy was...

Absolutely My Favorite Pharmacy Around, I have been with Walgreens before it was Walgreens, It was Rite Aid and then Walgreens bought Them Out and I Stated, I've been a Customer for Many Yrs and Highly Recommend Walgreens to Anyone and Everyone. The Staff and Pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs Treat You with Respect and Kindness and Always Willing to Give You any Info about You're Meds especially if its a New Med, They'll Make Sure that its the Right One and Go Over Everything about it with You.
