Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Bean Station

Ok i love pizza its my favorite but this place in beanstation is the worst pizza establishment ive ever been to horrible horrible service first off the pizza is always cold i just tried to order from there when they answered they werent even paying any attention yelling and screaming goofing off then asks what i said the order was ..(are you serious) ...so i ordered and mind you my place is a little hard to find but its not at the same time they always have to call for us to direct them here wich is fine but they clearly acted like they didnt want to do it at all anyway an hour an twenty minutes pass so i called to see what the status was because i know sometimes ait takes a little longer and they told me that they were still waiting on the driver to get back and that they havnt even cooked my pizza yet ...now my first question was were they busy and she said no so that was a lie normally they tell you its gonna be a while but nothing was said but we will have the pizza to you shortly when i first ordered so im taking my bussiness to little ceazers for good ill never order from there again and ill make sure me my family and friends will never order anything from there again they all back me up i will be calling corporation or someone who...

The cauliflower pizza crust was great! The service was meh. It started off fairly well..I was told to sit wherever I wanted. The server took my drink order and order and brought me a drink and 1 drink refill before my pizza came out. When the pizza came, she brought me sprinkle cheese at my request. It took a very long time for the pizza to come out, but with a specialty crust, I guess that it is what it is. The bill was brought out with the pizza and the server was never seen near my table again. No asking if I wanted a box, another drink, or anything else. ( The pizza was so good that I ate the whole thing since I had nothing to take it home with anyway) The last I had of my server was a glimpse of her as she was heading to Family Dollar. I am usually a very good tipper, but not this time. I will give this place another chance sometime since Cauliflower crust is a pretty cool thing for a restaurant to carry. I hope I can rate it...

The website isn't functional. I wasted a good 10 minutes trying to set up and account (which I didn't want - there is no option to order as a guest) to order and it wouldn't work. Then I called for delivery. They told me it would close to an HOUR when I am located 7 minutes away. The person who answered the phone was rude. Asked for my phone number. Name. Nothing else. Hung up. I thought my address might have come up with my phone number. Nearly 2 hours later, nothing. I call back. They put it in as pick up. So, they said it would take nearly an HOUR for a pick up? This is the second time this has happened to me. I didn't use them for years because of the same experience the first time. The only reason I tried again today is because I am sick and wanted something easy for my children. I cancelled because I can't pick up and now my kids are hungry, disappointed, and I get to fix a late dinner while sick. Unfortunately, I can't recommend...
