On our trip to Beaufort, we were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon one of the best antique stores we have ever had the privilege of shopping. The owners truly have an eye for the fabulous. Their impeccable taste paired with a lifetime of knowledge of antiques makes the store truly something special. We love the beach.. and we love the historical homes etc... but I have to say one of our top stops was this antique store. Lots of old with a sprinkling of the new. Vintage Cargo is a wonderful, family-run, gem of a shop on St. Helena Island. My husband and I have found two amazing antique pieces both times we’ve visited (so far!) It has quickly become a place I want to peek in every time we’re in town. The owners (forgive me, I’m terrible with names) have a very evident commitment to authenticity and quality.
