Bubba's Appliance — Local services in Beaumont

I read all the reviews and some of them made me think no way. But some were excellent. So I felt like I should share my experience. Called Friday evening 5 or so. Explained my LG was not draining expecting to hear see you Monday or sure extra for weekends. Totally impressed the tech brought the part with them and on Saturday morning before noon I was back running. Very professional quick ect. Used Sears for the warranty repairs for a lot of years. Never not once did they get me running with one vist. The difference between a small business and corporate business. I will totally use Bubba's for all future appliance services. Can't say about some of what I read wasn't there and sometimes people make it personal not based on performance. I never used Bubba's before almost did not but based on my experience home run. Fixed one part of stove but needed 2 control switches. Took old part and said would return either Monday or Tuesday. Repair man was out on the thruday before. Never showed up , called Steve, owner, Dustin Hill, repairman and either one answered the call. Left 2 messages for Dustin Hill. NO CALL BACK. I texted Dustin Hill several times with NO RESPONSE. I had used Bubba's before and was pleased but this time customer service stinks. Will have to call someone else as my stove still doesn't work. I will not recommend these people to anyone. I called yesterday to make an appointment..I was told that they could not get to us that day but could be there the next day. I was told that I could not receive a specific time frame because they just go by whoever is the closest. I called around 2 to make sure that someone was still coming and was told that they would not be able to come out til Monday.
