I used to enjoy shopping here, but for the past several months they have had so many out of stock products. I'm guaranteed to be missing at least one thing on my shopping list. That's too bad because the value is good when they actually have what I need! I usually have to make a stop at Weis to finish shopping. The slot machines are a tacky addition. If I wanted to gamble, I'd go to a casino, not a grocery store. How about putting that money toward your grocery orders, repairs, or employees? The turnover seems incredibly high as well. Read moreI have never been in a Save-A-Lot with the produce section it may be small but it has a large variety for your needs a healthy foods. They have a lot of variety to choose from right down to Entenmann's bagels and Thomas's English muffins it is a delight to shop there. And don't forget to check out the front register where they have the little refrigerators filled with that water and flavored and I forget the name but it sure does pack a punching flavor I think they're $2.12 a can. Read moreGood place to find canned and frozen goods. Produce isn't freshest and most meats barely make it to the sell by date before turning. If you want a Delmonico steak for cheap and plan to eat or freeze it asap then this is definitely a great place to go.
