Little pricey but quality of food is good. Haven't run into any expired goods. If based just on groceries alone I'd say 4 stars.
Only dinging an additional star off because pharmacy. They ran wrong insurance (one I had years ago). They said they had my insurance already when my fiance asked if they needed my new insurance card and overcharged me (no clue how old insurance I no longer even had went through to begin with). I had some antibiotics from dentist to hold me over incase my prescription could not be filled immediately and so the next day when I went to open the antibiotics from giant eagle I noticed bottle seemed too low so counted pills. They shorted me 10 antibiotic pills and when contacted they insisted count was right on their end. Bottle says 38 and was given 28. I can do the math. They did offer to let me have the rest of my pills at no charge (gee thanks) but made me feel like I was being accused of theft. Can't exactly rip open the envelope and pop open the bottle and count them at the desk. Did get the rest of my pills and they corrected the insurance along with giving refund but both should not have happened to begin with. I just had all my upper teeth pulled. I shouldn't have to be arguing over how many antibiotics I should have been given and pharmacists should be sure they have the right insurance prior to processing it. Every other place I go to asks prior to filling if I still have so and so insurance. They also have wrong address listed for me as well.
That horrible situation aside though the grocery section is pretty good and the deli while pricey is delicious. I'll still go for groceries but after getting my refills I'm done with...
Read moreCertain people who work here are very polite, but when it comes to management this store is failing. It seems like they put the most incompetent people in leadership positions and it shows when your in line one day and a manager can’t be found and it’s two people trying to run office and the register and visibly getting flustered. There shouldn’t be 6 people hiding in the office either especially when there’s lines to the back of the store. Produce is also half empty most the time and (what I’m assuming is the manager) is always vacuuming while the girls are running around him to get things done. It’s nice to see the deli getting more people but the manager back there is always complaining about how slow they are or how she doesn’t have enough people. The prices of things are ridiculous and you can tell that the hard workers are over worked and the others are the laziest and most incompetent. I will definitely not be shopping here anymore and I pray that this place is closed down. My business will be going to the grocery stores that actually run like they should. From what I’ve seen, I would not recommend working here or...
Read moreThis store is failing horribly. they have lines of people wĂth 1 or 2 cashiers, putting all the work on them while others stand and talk in the office. They clearly overwork certain cashiers while the rest stand in the office and do nothing but talk. I heard the tall chunky woman from the office talking negatively about her coworkers which was off putting. This place doesn't seem to keep people due to them and their negligence of their employees. I wouldnt want to be working for people who sit in an office while others pull their weight let alone have those same lazy people earn money by talking so disgustingly about their coworkers. It's weird. I felt like I was in the hallways of my old middle school. I hope it's recognized what kind of poo show is happening in management and the office. Those people are bringing the store to the ground and I feel bad for the co workers that have to endure each day with that. Also, couldn't find...
