Mayberry Furniture — Local services in Bedford

The lady working didn't acknowledge me until I said hello. There was very few authentic antiques. More repurposed & recycled items. Also new/cheaply-made furniture, lamps, etc (made in China) items. The prices were absolutely out of their minds....I have been to 44 states, including Hawaii. I have driven across country 4 times. I wouldn't consider this an antique mall. Had the lady been more amiable, my review of her disposition might have been more positive. She seemed like an unhappy woman. Smith mountain lake would be a booming area if the people who started businesses down there were more involved with unity and community. This hasn't been my first experience like this at the few businesses I have patronized at SML. Ironically I have been patronized by some of business owners during prior visits. Of course, those businesses are no longer. If we treat each other in such a way, especially if it is a customer or employees...the business will cease to...

Great variety and options for everyone. I took my extended family there while they were visiting us in Smith Mountain Lake and everybody bought something. The boys loved the comic section. The little girls found some neat vintage stuff to play dress-up. The women all got a piece of jewelry, and the men spent a lot of time perusing the "man cave" section. They even found gifts...

Ok, google Maps this not an antique mall its a furniture store. and its been like that for a long time. the people that work in the store said they tried to change the name of the store several times but they couldn't get any support from google maps. To me this was a waste of time and down right miss leading. this really needs...
