Ok so this is a bit of a long one but Larry at Titan took such good care of me and My son I absolutely had to write a rave review for him. First off. We are out of towners who were here in Bedford/Mitchell visiting family. Being pokemaniacs, me and my 5 year old stopped in to see what was what. Accessories and bulk selection were awesome, singles were great too, we immediately identified a gengar vmax I needed for my Gastly, Haunter, Gengar master set collection. It was priced well below market and in excellent shape. While I was looking my son locked onto a âslabby pattyâ Rayquaza V (CGC graded oversized card) in a 9 error (there is what is called a printer hickey on it). We are not big graded card buyers so normally I wouldnât have bought it. However Larry saw my sonâs excitement and offered us a killer deal on it I couldnât pass up! I think shows what a great guy he is and what a great guy the owner must be to allow such greatness as too many owners are stingy and looking to gouge. So we bought the rayquaza, the Gengar vmax and at least a set of dice (there may have been other stuff but it was a few days ago). I asked him to hold a RioLu illustration Rare and a mega alakazam for me for a few days until I could bring in our binders to trade/sell some cards to purchase those. He happily agreed and when I came back a few days later he gave me excellent pricing on my cards I was selling, had the cards I asked him to hold ready and even when we were a few dollars off he just said thatâs good (a massive sign of a great Pokemon vendor). If I lived here this would be the only place I would swear by. These guys deserve all the praise and I canât wait to swing in every time we are in Mitchell...
Read moreHas lots of different things for everyone. As for trading card merchandise, they have a wide variety of card games. They heavily focus on MTG with many kinds of packs and singles. Weak selection of PokĂ©mon singles, but have plenty of packs, ETBs, and other products. Prices are pretty fair and accurate to TCGplayer market price. As far as the store itself itâs slightly cramped and hard to navigate if more than one person is in an isle at a time. Not much parking around the building either. If you want to look through cards, their larger collections of binders and boxes are right in front of the checkout. They don't have much counter space to allow you to look through the cards, so if someone is trying to checkout you have to navigate and move out of the way, while also avoiding other customers trying to navigate the isles, all while trying to flip through a binder or card box. For what it is itâs fairly nice and they try to do what they can, but with how busy it can get at times and the lack of movement room, it can get quite nightmarish. Hopefully one day theyâll be able to expand their main room and checkout area, then all problems one might have would be...
Read moreVery nice little game store. They have most of what you'd expect from a table top game shop. The prices are typically at MSRP which can be a bit higher than what you might find online but it could also be lower for certain items. They have MTG, and Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments fairly often from what I've seen, and Saturdays they usually have D&D games running. Shopping here is also helping to keep an active gaming community together in Bedford. Definitely worth looking into if you are big into tabletop games or if you are just looking for something to play with the family, they have all kinds of games.
My son has recently gotten really into Pokemon trading cards and the prices here are much lower in comparison to the rest of town. We've been very fortunate to even get some special cards from some of the single boosters we've opened...
