My husband brought his 2 deer up from Missouri because our local shops wouldn't take deer unless it was already cut up. We could have done it but really wanted to try someone different. We are so glad we did! We got summer sausage, bologna, burger & regular cuts. Best venison summer sausage ever! Love the way the meat is all packaged too!
