Everything about my experience here was excellent. Right from walking in the door the host at the door was very welcoming and helpful, and gave me a full tour of the facility which was in pristine condition and had a peaceful and cutting edge feel with lots of decorations and touches that were pleasing to the senses.

The IR sauna was very effective in heating deep to my core without needing to be ridiculously hot, and along with the relaxing music and atmosphere felt like a great heated hug that squeezed all the sweat out before my massage. They provide water and supplies for a relaxing shower after the sauna, and I did not feel rushed at all but instead was encouraged to relax to the max.

My massage therapist Kristine O'Hare took the time to listen to my health issues and knew the exact techniques to apply to alleviate my ailments. She made sure to tailor my massage for the maximum benefits, and you could tell she not only was an expert at her artform but also cared about providing the best therapeutic experience possible. She exuded positivity and compassion that extended to her care, and her advice and conversation was much appreciated. I left with my symptoms feeling relieved and being at complete peace, noticing a clear improvement in my neck issues, and was also provided with lots of health tips that will continue to benefit me after I left and in the future.

First Time at the new location and it is really nicely done. It seems to be a converted barn house with really cute touches. We got a tour when we arrived which was nice. Upon entering my float room, I took a rinsing shower as instructed and went right into my tank. I had a great relaxing float. Make sure you use earplugs (they provide the wax stuff which worked for me) because water will get in your ears if they aren’t in well. My only suggestions would be to provide better towels for post float shower and drying off, qtips in float room instead of outside room, Morris in float rooms, and maybe offer slippers since you are required to remove shoes upon entry. The towel I use seemed a little worn out/ harsh on skin and had a musty odor to it. Also there isn’t a lot of room after your post float shower to dry off and get dressed due to the size of the room and having the shower and toilet all in same room. There was and only one hook in the room and my large winter coat took it up so my remaining clothes had to just lay across a small damp bench that had other items on it so it was a little bit of a cluster, perhaps an extra wall shelf with hooks or hooks on back of door (unless too close to shower) will provide a little extra space.
