American Ag Video Auction has been my go-to supplier for horse hay and equipment for a few years now. I did not have any prior affiliation with internet equipment or hay auctions, nor Tom or his company for that matter, but I have since bought and sold several loads of hay and multiple pieces of equipment from him. Tom has been completely honest, and has proven to be just a great guy to do business with. Chase has been very helpful as well. Thank you for the excellent service...

I bought 4 loads of hay from 3 different producers. All 4 loads had dirt, sand and/or rocks in them. 1 load had pockets of mold. Each time I emailed videos to Tom only to be told I'm the problem. All loads had American ag warrantee. Tom was not willing to help at all. He was rude and disrespectful.

Aaron helped me with getting freight and did a awesome job. Super nice guy and great to work with. Can't say the same about Tom.

I don't recommend...

Everything went as stated, the hay was as represented. My load weighed less than what I paid, and without my having to chase the extra money, it just showed up in the mail. I would do business with American AG again. Needless to say bidding on thousands of dollars worth of hay, paying for the hay before getting the product, and many other potential problems are not without stress. I found them and their producers...
