I normally am very impressed with this place, however I don’t believe I will ever service any other one of my utvs here. Last year the air box wasn’t attached correctly and dust was getting in but no big deal. Easy fix and snapped it on correctly. Done deal. July 17, 2019 brought my non running ranger in to get it up and going. Was just a simple fix. When I dropped it off they said we will just push it with a push vehicle. They pushed it alright. Didn’t even bother to put cardboard or anything in between. The tailgate had no scratch on it before and is now gouged. When I mentioned it to the service guy his face got red and I told him my license plate holder was ripped off and hidden from me. They unhooked my tailgate and threw the license plate holder in the box and reattached tailgate in hopes I didn’t see it. He admitted it. I asked him what he can do about tailgate. He just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. Was gonna trade it for a new one with them. But don’t think so now. The salesman are super awesome people but the repair side of it isn’t my favorite after...

OUTSTANDING I was in a situation, last minute clutch problems on my 2020 General XP 4 I was referred to ET from a co-rider. Took a huge chance driving 8 hours with crossed fingers that they could help. Called 4 hours ahead to see if I could even get it in. They said stop by we will see what we can do. Stopped in and was hardly out of the truck and they had both clutches off and diagnosed. Both clutches needed to be completely rebuilt. To add to it there was a huge nail in my back tire. Within an hour both clutches rebuilt, tire plugged and ready to go. Some of the work was even covered under recall work. All I can say is "OUTSTANDING". Would send anybody I know back to these good people. Thanks for saving my Black...

Went to look at 4 seater utvs and possibly trade in our current 2 seater. No one ever approached us outside while looking and sitting in the different machines. We went inside to find a sales person whom was very rude and short with us acted as if he didn’t even want to bother with trading or making a sale. Asked if he would look up what we would get for ours and pretty much said it wasn’t worth his time. We’ve heard bad things about the place before but thought we would give it a shot since we found two machines we were interested in and it was a local place but will definitely just take our business elsewhere...
