For a short story, excellent customer service. I was on a trip from Minot AFB ND to FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne WY. My truck's battery blew up due to overcharging near bowman ND, Where I got a new battery, however the new battery wasn't charging anymore so I stoped at this location and was completely floored with how genuinely nice these two employees where that helped me diagnose the problem. These two employees Stephanie and Carl showed true customer service, they made me feel welcomed and were extremely personable. Stephanie was very friendly and professional. Carl was relaxed and took time with me testing my alternator numerous times upon trying different things to get it operational again. He truly showed true care in his job going out of his way to help me. At no moment did i feel rushed or a bother to either one of them. I had a terrible trip until then of vehicle issues. They truly were the highlight of my trip and turn a horrible day into a great day i will forver remeber. So Stephanie and Carl thank you for helping me and being the best customer service employees i have trully ever met!!

Really? One other customer in the store on Sunday afternoon June 26, 2022. An employee who appeared to be a male asked what I was looking for. Told him/he-she/her-they/them-it I wanted Sea Foam. Was pointed in the right direction, took the container to the till, and found the person had disappeared! Waited, and as the only other customer completed their purchase the second employee who appeared to be female picked up a Swiffer duster and started dusting the tills. I waited some more expecting to have my purchase checked out. But no, the first employee never showed their face again,and the she/her-him/he-they/them-it second employee ignored me as I followed them from one till to the next towards the front of the store. I guess if they don't want to make a sale I sure do not need to buy anything from these rude employees! Perhaps they could use the Sea Foam container for a...

This location is amazing, they serve coffee and smiles! Shay is the most amazing manager I have ever dealt with in any O'Reillys across the country and as a truck driver I have used them all. Don't discount her help either Matthew walked to work thru a Blizzard to keep the store open! They go the extra mile to bring you parts or even help you choose your parts! If i wasn't a married man I would have offered to let Shay take a ride on...
