My family has been doing business at royal’s since Mr Tim was there , we always receive stellar service especially from Nancy Martinez !! She goes above and beyond for everyone , my aunt and uncle had questions about certain furniture and appliances to buy such as what size box spring to buy or what battery to buy for our fridge and she PERSONALLY came to our house to measure to ensure we were ordering the right part , like that kind of service is SO rare!! She always greets me with a warm smile when I come in to pay our bills and takes her time whenever we are shopping for something new to make sure we find what works best for her , she is truly an angel!! She even calls to check up on my aunt since the passing of my uncle , Thank you Nancy you are so appreciated !!! We will continue to be loyal royal customers...
